This is a deliverables-based contract tied to agreed goals, expectations, and deadlines. Scott Applications pays only for work that is actually completed, applied, usable, and relevant to the continuing progress of the project. If contracted goals or deadlines are not met, Scott Applications reserves the right to refuse payment for work that was not actually performed, is unusable, or is unrelated content/assets that cannot be applied to the project. Payment is for real, on-scope, applicable work delivered per the agreement.
