All roles are fixed-scope, deliverables-based contracts.
Work is paid only when it is actually completed, usable, on-scope, and applicable to the continuing progress of the project. If contracted goals, expectations, or deadlines are not met, Scott Applications reserves the right to refuse payment for work that was not actually performed, is unusable, or is unrelated content or assets that cannot be applied to the project. Selected candidates may be asked to sign an NDA before project specifics are shared.
