What does the monthly base fee cover?
Everything: hosting, SSL, local SEO, lead tracking dashboard, analytics, managed blog posts, unlimited revision hours, security updates, and monthly performance reports. There are no hidden infrastructure fees.
What's the difference between Reserve Now & Pay vs Apply for Approval?
Reserve Now ($1,000) skips the qualification process entirely — your $1,000 is the instant reserve that locks your exclusive spot, and setup begins within 24 hours. Apply for Approval is free — we review your business and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, you pay $425 for setup.
How does the term discount work?
12-month clients get 2 months free, and 18-month clients get 4 months free. The value of those free months is spread evenly across all payments, which reduces your effective monthly rate. You can also pay your full term upfront at the same effective rate. 6-month is standard with no discount.
What are unlimited revision hours?
No time caps on content updates. Add a service, update your hours, swap a photo, add a city — just message us and it gets done. Major design overhauls or new features outside the template are quoted separately.
How does the 2.3% commission work?
We charge a 2.3% commission only on verified website leads that generate over $1,000 in revenue for your business. No lead, no charge. No revenue, no charge. You report conversions monthly and we invoice alongside your retainer. Full policy is in the Info Packet.
Can I cancel after the minimum term?
Yes — after your minimum term, cancel with 30 days written notice. No early termination fee. Canceling during the minimum term incurs a 50% early termination fee on the remaining balance.
What happens if my payment is late?
We follow a 14-day suspension / 30-day cure policy. After 14 days late, your site is temporarily suspended; after 30 days, service is terminated. The full policy, including reinstatement steps, is detailed in the Info Packet.
