Common Questions
What does the $99/mo Website plan include?
Your complete website build and setup — we set it up with your copy, photos, branding, and services — plus hosting, SSL, security, self-editing of all website content after launch, and unlimited revision requests for as long as your plan is active. There is no setup fee. What it does not include is marketing management: ongoing local SEO, monthly content and ad campaigns come with the Website + SEO or Website + SEO + Ads plans.
What happens right after I buy?
You'll get a confirmation email immediately, and our team calls to brief you within 24 hours and kick off onboarding — collecting your branding, photos, and content. Once you have everything ready, we build and launch your site within 24 hours. Our phone hours are 10:00 AM–5:00 PM; outside those hours we're always reachable by email.
Do I need my own domain?
You can bring your own domain and we'll connect it at no extra charge. Don't have one? We'll set one up for you — domains are registered and billed yearly through a provider like GoDaddy, and the price depends on the specific domain name you choose. Either way, you own your domain.
Can I just take the website without the marketing packages?
Yes. The Website plan is $99/mo on its own — build, hosting, SSL, security, self-editing, and unlimited revisions, with no minimum term. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. You can move up to Website + SEO or Website + SEO + Ads later if you want ongoing marketing management.
What if I want changes after my site launches?
Two ways: edit the content yourself (self-editing is included on every plan), or send it to us — unlimited revision requests are included on every plan, including the $99/mo Website plan. We work one request at a time and typically turn it around within 2 business days. That covers edits to your existing pages: copy, photos, colours, sections and contact details. Brand-new custom features are quoted separately.
Are software add-ons extra?
No. Software add-ons such as booking, payments, AI phone, and estimates are included free with an active website plan. Pick any mix on this page before you check out, or add them after launch. There is no extra monthly charge and no minimum term on add-ons. They end when the website plan ends.
How does the 2.3% commission work?
We charge a 2.3% commission only on verified website leads that generate over $1,000 in revenue for your business. No lead, no charge. No revenue, no charge. You report conversions monthly. Full policy is in the Info Packet.
What happens if I cancel a monthly package?
The Website plan has no minimum term — cancel anytime with 30 days notice, and the site is taken offline when the plan ends. Website + SEO and Website + SEO + Ads carry a 6-month minimum term. After that term, you can drop to the Website plan (site stays live, self-editing and unlimited revisions stay) or cancel altogether. Canceling a marketing plan before the end of the minimum term incurs an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance.
What happens if a monthly payment is late?
This applies to every plan, including Website. We follow a 14-day suspension / 30-day cure policy. After 14 days late, your site is temporarily suspended; after 30 days, service is terminated. The full policy, including reinstatement steps, is detailed in the Info Packet.
Does any package include Google Ads spend?
No package bundles ad spend. Website + SEO + Ads includes campaign management only — you fund your own Google Ads budget directly through your own account. This works alongside SEO: Ads increases visibility in paid search immediately, while SEO builds organic ranking over time.
