What a Website Costs in Waco
The numbers on the first page of Google are for different products. Here is how to tell a one-page site, a larger custom build, and a monthly plan apart before you compare the price.
Search "how much does website design cost in Waco" and the first page answers with numbers that cannot be lined up. One studio publishes $3,500 to $8,000 for a complete custom website. Another publishes $750 a month. A third talks about projects from $2,000 a month and up. None of those sentences is describing the same purchase, and averaging them produces a price for a product that does not exist.
Ask what the number buys, who keeps the site online, and what happens when you stop paying. The dollar amount is the last question, not the first.

The template marketplace is a different product. Website is $99 a month with no minimum term, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Website + SEO is $299 a month. Website + SEO + Ads is $599 a month. Those last two prices are the whole monthly bill, not an amount on top of $99, and both have a 6-month minimum. Hosting is included. The site is taken offline when the plan ends.
How to read a quote before you compare it
Take any number you were given, including ours, and put it through the same five checks. If the quote cannot answer one of them, you do not have a price yet.
- Page count. A one-page site and a ten-page site are not the same job. If the quote says "a website" and will not name the pages, stop there.
- Who keeps it online. Hosting included on a monthly plan is not the same as a site you place on your own host. Ask which one the quote is.
- What happens when you stop paying. On our monthly plans the site is taken offline when the plan ends. A quote that is silent on this is hiding the part that matters in year two.
- What a revision is. On the monthly plans, revision requests are unlimited in count, one active at a time, usually about two business days, and scoped to edits on pages that already exist. A brand-new feature is quoted separately.
- What is not included. Ongoing SEO, ads, a logo, and custom software are separate jobs. A website price that quietly includes "SEO" without saying which plan is mixing two products.
